Introduction:

With over 50 million followers and supporters worldwide, the Manchester United Soccer Club is perhaps the most admired soccer club in the globe. The club has won around 18 major tournaments, which is far more than any other Premier League Club, hence the Manchester United Soccer Club is also considered as one of the most victorious club in English soccer for over twenty years. The club also holds the record for the highest revenue as compared with any other soccer club operating since several years. Therefore, the Manchester United Soccer Club is also considered to be one of the richest in the world. The 2007 revenue stats of the club disclosed the fourth biggest turnover in the history of club soccer. The Manchester United Soccer Club is also the most precious club.
Early History:
Initially in 1878, the club was created as Newton Heath L&YR F.C. as the occupational teams of the Yorkshire and Lancashire Railway depot at the Newton Heath. Gold halves and green were the color of the club’s shirts. The club used to play at a decayed field on North Road, near the projected location of the Manchester Piccadilly railway station for about fifteen long years. Later on in 1893, the location was shifted to Bank Street close to the town of Clayton. In 1902, the club started to face severe economy failure with over ?2500 of amount under debt. |
